There are may ways to look about loosing your weight.
- Loosing weight for a temporary period.
- Loosing weight permanently.

To loose weight temporarily you can fast. thats the best way

To loose weight permanently you have to eat 3 meals a day.
Remember to avoid cheese, butter, any oily food, chocolates, ice creams, etc...

Have a good (NO FAT) breakfast.
Have a little (NO FAT) lunch, fruits and (vegetable or fruit) Juice.
Have a fruits & (vegetable or fruit) Juice for dinner

Take lots of water. Also make sure you take in all the necessary minerals and vitamins, proteins.

For workout at Gym.

Consider lots of cardio exercise. Cycling for about 30 minutes and running about 30 minutes .

Try to make it 5+ days a week than 3 days a week workout. work out about for an 1 hr .

You could easily loose about 6 to 10 Kgs in 2 months

Good luck
You need 3 meals a day. Healthy meals with protein, vegetables, whole grains, a piece of fruit.
What ever happened to exercising? Have you even considered that? Eating one meal a day is NOT good for you! Your metabolism will slow down and you will not lose any weight. Eat small meals about 4 times a day and throw in some cardio and you will see better results that way.
One meal a day still = starving dear. DO NOT take your calorie intake below 1200 a day.

We don't harp on this stuff over and over here to keep people from losing weight...we do it because many of us have done stupid diet tricks ourselves or know people who have, and we know what can happen.

Eat around 1300 - 1500 cals a day...break them into 4 - 6 small meals (your metabolism works harder then, than if you eat just 3 meals).and exercise at least 1 hour a day, at least 5 days a week IF you truly need to lose weight.

Too thin is just as unattractive and unhealthy as too fat, so don't make changes you don't need to make...you only get one body in this lifetime, you need to take care of it!
You'll be setting yourself up to fail with one meal a day. Your body needs food throughout the day in order to keep it from going into "starvation mode". Starvation mode is when your body thinks you are in a famine. It will store up any energy you put into your body as fat.

I recommend following a healthier plan. See below:
No, well..you might if its a small meal..if your body thinks that it wont have food for awhile, it will store every calorie. its better to have several small meals a day...and also more healthy
Ha ! I'm not giving you advice to have one meal a day, no man wants you to be a flat board with boob implants. Men also don't admire when women are too lazy to exercise and diet the right way, and they just starve themselves that is very very unnatractive. I will give you hundreds of spam E-mails if you don't eat 3 meals a day(jk). Here is you're schedule

Breakfast-

Toast (un buttered)
Bannana
Choclate Milk -----------> 300 calories all together

Lunch:
Water
Turkey Sandwich
apple
you're choice-------> 300 calories

Dinner-
Choclate Milk
Pasta salad------> 400 calories

snack: apple or bannana- 70-100 calories

altogether you only eat 1100 calories that is mroe then enough to lose weight. you really should be eating 1300 calories a day. Don't kill you'reself over you're looks you have years of you're life left and theres no rush to lose the weight.

also try sprinting around you're court. take a 3 min break then sprint again, do this 20 times a day and I assure you should see good results!
I just started my diet on Saturday. I go to the gym 5 times a week work out for 1 hour. I eat boiled chicken and a lil brown rice for dinner, fruit for bf, and salmon for lunch. I snack on fruit throw out the day. I have lost 3 pounds and I am not hungry all the time. I am proud of my self I seen my sister yesterday and she said you are losing weight. I am was 153 and now 150. I had i baby in DEC. before baby I was 130. 130 is my goal and i am 21. GOOD LUCK
One meal a day WILL NOT help you. Chances are that you are already WAY to skinny. I am not trying to be rude or anything I just seriously worry about people like you for the simple fact that one of my friends died of anorexia 2 years ago.
FLUIDS will not help you as long as you have the mentality that you NEED to not eat to lose weight! If you stick to this you will either turn out really sick and then get help and someone will MAKE you eat and then you really will gain a lot of weight or you can choose to be healthy right now and learn to eat in moderation. (For you moderation may mean eating more) You need a healthy balance. If you still think you need to lose weight stick to a fresh foods diet! Three meals a day... WITH MEAT (white meat is best: chicken, fish) and all the fruits and vegetables you WANT! Stick to whole grain carbs and.. Excercise also aids in healthy weight loss and while I would not recommend extreme excercising take a breather and decide what is HEALHTY for you. Ask friends and family for help, most would be more than happy to help with anything they can. You can also ask me if you have any other questions.
