Im trying to gain weight...is this way bad?

You are trying to gain weight with skim milk and soy crisps? I am sure if you have enough it could be done, but the better way would be peanut butter, well just about any nuts. Raisins, bananas, and butter (not the fake stuff), and other of the higher calorie natural foods. You can also get shake mixes which are a few thousand calories a glass. GNC or some other workout places will have the weight gain shakes and muscle food as some places call it. Just stay healthy and as natural as you can with things.
Try to increase your calorie intake in a balanced diet. From what you ate last night it seems that you're having a lot of fibre intake which could cause the cramps.
Instead try to include some protein and vegetables in your meal, protein usually has quite a few calories so increasing your protein intake would definitely help. Keep drinking milk or include some cheese for calcium.
If you can afford it I would recommend seeing a nutritionist to ensure that you're eating well and they can recommend a diet plan for you so you can gain weight. Otherwise have a look on the internet for websites that help you with an eating plan (I know www.ivillage.com has something similar to a food diary)
Most important thing is still keeping your diet balanced.
