Is it all good (in regards to weight loss) as long as im still having my period..?

Answers:
No not always, sometimes you'll have an energy boost as your body turns to eating your muscle. You only stop getting your period when you're really dangerously underweight so you could still be in the danger zone and have it. It all really depends on your method of weight loss. I think expercise is best.
