Dow do you lose weight of your thighs and cheeks?

my friend ashlee wants to look a little skinnier before school starts. how can she lose cheek weight and thigh weight. she actully wants an excersize to do that will help. she wants to lose about 15lb before school starts which for her is in like 2-3 weeks.

you and your friend need to understand, and apparently half a million teenage girls like you.you cannot lose weight in one particular spot...no exercise, no diet will do this.you have to simply lose weight, the body will distribute your weight according to your genetic code and that is all there is to it.

stop drinking all diet and reg sodas, eat 1 bag of popcorn a day and drink as much water as you can stand- this will pull all the excess fluid from your cheeks and will help just a little down there but you must flush the extra fluid out with fluid and ruffage- it works wonders for my wife and me- do it as long as you can than take 1 or 2 days off and start again-

sodas and juices and diet drinks make you retain so much facial fluid !!
Like the RN said, you have to just lose weight. Your genetics will decide where the weight will be distributed.
Just wanted to further the point. Also stop drinking soda and juice, I'm serious. You can lose weight so fast just getting rid of sweets and junk from your diet and you will feel so much healthier.
