I've started this diet...what can I expect in the next couple of weeks?

Question:
I've reached 21 and still have mild acne and I want to get the most effective cure possible. I've read the best way to achieve this (short of Accutane) is eating a 100% raw diet with 0 frozen or processed foods. I've been off caffeine for 3 months, but I really don't know how I'm going to cope with the loss of sugar. I also have a normal BMI.

Here's the diet:
Tons of fresh fruit, salads with chives and extra-virgin olive oil, and raw egg yolk (no egg white). 5 meals a day. Brazil, hazelnuts, and walnuts. Water and pure squeezed juice only. Nothing more.

I'm going to be documenting my skin very carefully, what I eat, and how I feel in a blog that I've made.

Answers:
Accutane is the only real way to go. Diet doesn't generally have a huge effect on your skin, so I wouldn't expect serious results. In addition, while this diet is by no means unhealthy, it is lacking complex carbs and whole grains. And no egg should be eaten raw.salmonella is NOT fun.
