Make sure you are drinking enough water and just watch what you eat - try to eat veg and fruit and not fried foods or junk. Eat cereal and skim milk for breakfast. Watch your portions and just try to limit yourself but eat healthy low fat food. Don't eat sugary foods or softdrinks that aren't diet. Try to walk at least 30 or more minutes a day every day and if you do all of that you can expect to lose about 2-3 lbs a week. If you start today that gives you 4 weeks so you could lose 12 lbs and be healthy with no drugs or anything!
