I'm 5'8 and 175lbs and I'm in the process of losing weight (i've lost over 30lbs and i'm starting to find it hard to lose anymore) i've just changed my diet to low fat and haven't really been working out alot (just walking)... but i've basically lost my boobs and i've got a small waist... but i've got thunder thighs and my mummy tummy pouch...
are there any workouts or anything I can do to slim down my thighs... any help would be appreciated

And a lot of cardio--like 5 times a week for 60 minutes each time.
And remember this: just sitting up straight and clenching in your abs for 10 seconds is the equivalent of 5 crunches!
Okay, to speed up your metabolism, I suggest eating very low calorie for a few days and then up that calorie intake dramatically--that will give your metabolism a jumpstart!
