I'm trying to gain some weight. What vegetables should I eat?

Question:
I already know that I should eat high carbs like pastas and breads, chicken, steak. And I work out / exercise every morning and I drink weight gainer mix. What vegetables are good for gaining weight, but also being healthy?

Answers:
tomatos
avacados
yams
rice
olives
tofu

Don't skip eggs and fish!
typically vegetables are more associated with weight LOSS... however, they are super important for their nutritional value. use them to add flavor. for example if you are making chicken and pasta, add broccoli. eat a salad with steak and potatoes. if you include them in at least three of your meals you should be good. if you want to get a little extra calories/fat, you can cook things in butter also. good luck!

ps... natural peanut butter and almonds are great high calorie high nutrient foods with healthy fats.
Anything with alot of calories. Dont eat watery vegitables, like lettuce and celery. Potatos, although not a vegitable are great! So are egg plants, and corn. Really, not matter what vegitable you eat, if you eat tons of them you will gain weight. I would look more into fruit. Also, not a vegitable, MUSHROOMS! They have alot of protien.
sweet potatoes, carrots, and avocados
