Can ots really lower down our cholestrol level ?

(all organic, most raw)—avocado, green sunflower sprouts (easy to grow—put small amount in bottom of jar—cover with paper towel—rinse 3 times a day—put near windowsill facing any direction), flax seed, coriander water, chia seeds, persimmon, vegetable oils, whole grain cereals, raw garlic, almonds, walnuts, wheat germ; mild, fun exercise in morning sun.

Foods for weight loss:

The best thing to reduce cholesterol is garlic. use chew couple of garlic twice a day and see the difference. i am using that for the last 8 to 10 years and I am really bad in my diets but have no cholesterol of blood pressure. Or you can grind few garlic with ginger and black pepper make a paste and take with normal meals.
