The best thing to reduce cholesterol is garlic. use chew couple of garlic twice a day and see the difference. i am using that for the last 8 to 10 years and I am really bad in my diets but have no cholesterol of blood pressure. Or you can grind few garlic with ginger and black pepper make a paste and take with normal meals.
