How to lose fat from THIGHS, BUTT, STOMACH, and Arms?
Question:
I want a diet plan that can help me. As in, how many calories should I eat. Im a vegitarian, so I eat veggies and fruits. Also, my mom fries the veggies in oil. Does that make the veggies unhealthy? I know eating alot of oil is bad, but my mom wont let me eat just plain veggies.
I also want a good work out plan. I have free time in the morning-evening (1/2 hour each). I REALLY want to have a diet and exercise plan.
Will exercising for an hour a day and cutting my calorie intake to 1300/day help me lose weight? How can I tone my thighs butt stomach and arms (esp. the first 3) What workouts can I do to tone them; By Sep I wanna look fine. HELP!
Answers:
I learned a technique for speeding up the metabolism when I was 13-years-old. I read it somewhere, but I have forgotten where. The name of the technique is called "isometrics". It is simply the flexing of muscles and holding them tense for a slow count of 15. Do this for about 20 minutes a day with the large muscles IE: the back, the stomach, the thighs and the upper arms. Tense up each muscle group as tight as possible and hold while counting to 15 very slowly and repeat this three times for each muscle. Practice proper breathing also and take a deep breath before each muscle contraction. When you are sitting watching TV, you can do this exercise. You will begin to see dramatic results in about three weeks. Just keep doing it every day and the fat will continue to burn off while the muscle firms up.
For the diet, increase your intake of fruits and vegetables and buy meats that are low in fat. Get rid of sodas and leave the sugar out of your tea and coffee. Drink lots of water.
