Im so sick of myself.. is there really a solution to my weight?

im so sick of having to look at so many beautiful girls with long skinny legs and flat stomach,
and when i look at myself, i feel so disgusted..
im so sick of my parents coming up to me and giving me comments to lose weight, when i tried and tried before..
i have tried many diets and took a lot of supplements to lose it, i have exercised and the weight always comes back and i get so tired of all the sweating and the painn.. im beginning to think there is no solution for my weight, im not obese but, i just want to be taller, thinner, skinnier.. then i feel like i could gain a lot of self confidence, attention, and respect.. people tend to ignor me because i look nothing special.. i want to be SPECIAL.. and now im broke also, so i cant buy anything anymore.. please help me im so desperate to lose 25 lbs..
i truly envy those who cant help losing weight, sometimes i wish i had some kind of a disease that makes me lose weight..

Well nothing will make you taller and you must learn to love and respect yourself before you can expect anyone else to love and respect you. You say the weight always comes back indicating you have lost it before. It always comes back because you don't make lifestyle changes. Once you lose the weight, the work is not over. You must continue to eat right and exercise to keep the weight off or you will always gain it back.
I sympathize with you. I would never know the frustration of being fat. I don't want to give you useless tips, that you may have already heard before.May god help you...Or rather, just accept yourself for who you are and what you look like.
Diets don't work. You need to change the way you eat, permanently. Also exercising regularly will help a lot.
first things first! be positive! everybody is beautiful in the world. also if u think positive all the time, u are less likely to give this following regime i gave below. remember our body is not a balloon! you are a pear shaped women so dont dream of becoming a ruler shaped women who is thin from top to bottom! thank god for whatever body type he made you.

change your lifestyle a bit. even though it may take 5 months to get a body like celebrities its worth the wait! trust me!


its great you want to lose fat! it gives the biggest high to women when they see they became thinner. even if it means 1 inch thinner! ok if you be disciplined for minimum 5 months you will ge whatever shape you want to be. .

then avoid salt, sugar, coffe, tea, oily food, butter, spicy food.
eat fruits 3 times a day.
drink a half a glass of water every hour.

do a warm up by doing on the spot marching with hands moving, tummy tucked in for 5 min. walk for 30 min. then do the exercises for tummy for 20 min without rest in between. do any numbe rof exercises you found out from net or magazines but it shoudnt cross 20 min. then again walk for 20 min and finish the workout.

initially your body will pain because you body is not used to exercise so do this exercise routine every alternate days. you will see after 3 months you dont need that one day rest after exercising. then you should do this exercise everyday!

somedays we dont have time to do this full exercise. then do 5 min on the spot marching, 15 min walking, 20 min target exercises then finsh it with 10 min walk.

eat 2 slices of pizza or a piece of cake etc once in a week. only once.

sit and stand straight all the time. dont sit more than 9 hours in a 24 hour day-it will put pressure on ur hips and thigs and butt. always sit and stand, even when exercising with you belly tucked in slightly but keep breathing like normal!

always eat a light dinner like soups at 7pm. not after that!

joining a gym or buying expensive equipment is not a good idea actually. because no matter how many equipments you have, the main point is you should move your body get the right exercise tips. even if you join gym, after few days u will think "hey i can do these exercises at home too",
also walking is the best full body toning workout. so u got to include it in your workout. u can do it in home. y waste money?

Don't pressure yourself too much...I mean, all of this talk about being 'Special' is kinda bad...you don't want to stay in this bad-mentality...

Eat healthy, but restrict your calories...I reccommend going vegetarian or vegan. Because that will cut out meats and dairy, the two biggest contributors of fat in diets. And try to only eat complex carbs like whole grains and whole wheats. Eat organic. And avoid chemically-altered sweeteners like Splenda, aspartame, sucralose, sweet 'n low, and equal. If you must have sweeteners, go for molasses, pure cane sugar, and things like that.

And don't use diet pills, because those things just screw up your metabolism and body. Try hoodia, though, if you really want...but you can do this without the help of pills.

Make the diet your lifestyle--because as soon as you stop, you are bound to gain weight. Make it long-term...life-term, actually.

Don't worry so much...and I guess I'm a little bit of a hypocrite because I think alot like you do...and you sound a bit like me...I'm 16, 5'2 and 102 and losing...but that's only because I really restrict my calories...and that really isn't healthy all of the time...so try to do it healthfully? Okay? Because talk like this will only get people worried. And you might find yourself one day talking to a shrink...and nobody wants that, eh? :)

don't feel that way, i had your problem once, and it was hard for me to fall in love and win my self respect back,i try every thing there was and nothing happen, gone by one side and came back the other way,until one lovely women toll me that in your heart and soul is where you go to start the diet,1-i stop eating fast food ,2- drank alot of water 3-and i was eating less amount of food that i ate, and by the end of my high school year i was in shape. so but a litte of your heart in it and you will reach your gold, and like i said, its not easy ,but you can do it , i did so you can to , good luck on your diet.
dont worry about it girl. u r not alone. i've been struggling with my weight since i was 12, going up and down. the best thing i can tell u is that is all mental. dont let people bring u down, not even friends or family, try to stay positive and find i hobbie that will help u keep your mind busy. i started playing tennis and i have fun n work out at the same time. good luck! i wish u the best because i know what u r going through.
You can lose weight. Just be on a diet that suits you. I had to try many diets for 10 years before I found the right one.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
