Question:
k well i am female, 15 years old, and im very athletic. i play soccer basketball and i swim. i have a lot of muscle, but i still feel fat
i dont know what to do.

Answers:
First, I want you to keep in mind that Muscle weights roughly 1.5 times more then fat, so being heavy in reguards to what the scale says may not mean fat, it just means your well muscled. Not a bad thing.

Average weight for a 5 foot, 4 inch tall female is 130 lbs. But as you just said, your not an average female, your athletic. You have more muscle then most average girls would, meaning you have less fat then them, meaning they weight less but have more body fat.

Stay the same. Try to remember that the scale measure body mass, not body fat. =D You can weigh more then one girl but not be as thick as her. Don't go on a diet, that will starve your already perfect body and hold you back.

Do what your doing, never loose focus, hit the Olypmics, and win us some gold, girl!
every woman thinks they are fat. if you lost 20 pounds, you would still think you need to lose weight here or there.
you sound perfectly proportioned if you have muscles
Well, if you do decide to lose weight, don't go all out and starve yourself. If you were 120, +/- 10%, that would be considered normal. But since you have a lot of muscle, you might be able to afford to have a hgiher weight than the 132 at the top of the weight range I referenced.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
