If i lose 65 pounds will i have loose skin?

Question:
i weigh 195 i wanna lose 65 pounds will i have extra skin?

Answers:
Most likey not. I lost 95lbs and didn't have loose skin. If you exercise while you are losing weight, it helps. Also drink as much water as you can.

Usually if people lose a lot more - like over 120lbs or so they have loose skin. With 65lbs loss you will most likely look firm. Lifting weights and exercising helps. Good luck, you will feel great when you reach your goal
It depends on how tall/short you are.
It's pretty common to have loose skin if you lose the weight too quickly (like with gastric bypas), but if you do it at a very moderate pace the extra skin shouldn't be too bad. :)
weight training helps firmed up the skin
If you are getting exercise at the same time as you are dieting it will minimize it.
Just lose it slowly and exercise to tone up your body.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.health-fit.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
