Question:
soooo...
i really dont like going outside and exercising

sooo...im looking for something to help me lose weight ...soo

could you help me with advice and tips?

Answers:
simple exercises are getting up out of your seat to change the channels on the t.v, or a couple of trips up and down the stairs( if you have one) will soon have you sweating and short of breath! Also you could use a couple of cans of food as weights. there are lots of ways to exercise at home.
hope this helps and good luck losing the weight!
The healthiest way is just exercising and eating healthy and more organized, never starve yourself.
yea there are pills and everything but you know, it's not good for you.

So even if you have to work harder to get in shape, it's better to do it the right and healthy way. I'm pretty sure it'll pay off later.

but make sure that you loose weight to get HEALTHY, NOT SKINNY.
~You really don't have to go outside to exercise-or exercise to exercise, if that makes sense. Examples: Hula hooping, jump roping, dancing, walking the dog, et cetera
~As for food, lay off the butter, desserts, candy, and fried foods. Eat more veggies.
~Keep a journal of how many calories you eat. Try to keep it more than 900 but less than 1800.
~To keep up with the exercising, try involving a friend or joining a team sport.
~Drink more water. It's good for you in so many ways and will fill you up a bit.
~If you're willing to try diet pills, I've heard that Hoodia works pretty well.
~Hope I've helped a little.
