What kind of diet do i need to maintain to have a six pack?

*note mak sure theres a 2 hour period of none eating before you go to sleep.
a 45 minute jog or cartio in the morning before breakfast.
then at least in addition to the morning cartio do a 1 hour jog maybe aroung night time or evening.
and lift weights every other day (yeah every other day) because if u dont do it every other day then u wont gain musscel.
then that should work for you.
