No, you won't start seeing difference for a while although people around will. That is what matters though. You don't notice because it is happening to slowly. Other people though will see.
difference be only seen when i WEIGH myself.

depends on how big you are, and how much you loose, my guess after about 2 weeks you can see it in your face mostly.

after 3 days, you should not be able to see or weigh any difference... your belly should "feel" flatter or emptier in some way. that's my experience.
i would NOT imagine that you could see the difference, the first few weeks if you are working out you will lose mostly water weight, then after a few months you should lose about 2 to 3 pounds a week (healthy weight loss) then you reach a plateau in your weight, where it seems your weight will not drop. this is your body's "set point" your body has many mechanisms that prevent weight loss, but if you work past this plateau, you will see further results. dont be discouraged if you dont see results right away, or if you dont lose weight for a few weeks somewhere along the line, just work at it and results will come
but as for the original question, if it is a safe diet, any results you "see" are most likely imagined, or are just in your personality. living more a more fit lifestyle may give you a better outlook on life and may boost your self esteem making you look, seem, or feel differently. good luck on your diet
you wouldn't notice much of a difference if you didn't eat for 3 days. Sorry, but dieting takes a looong time, especially if you do it right (which means when the weight comes off it will stay off). You may weight 5 lbs less, but that's usually due to loss of water weight and not having food in your body.
depends how big you are honey! if you're 300 pounds, maybe not. Tell you what, choose a healthier diet and take 6 small meals a day, you'll see a difference...(long term, it'll boost your metabolism)!

should be but those so called 3 day diets are very bad for your health. generally you don't want to lose more than a few pounds a week. when you cram a diet you body goes in to shock and you easily gain the weight back by your body storing any food you eat as fat. trust me its not healthy.
