silly question there out at the gym, running, would not use calories sitting here would they?
7st 13lb but i'm only 4ft 11,but its not bad after having 4 children, i did it by drinking slimfast for breakfast and lunch,and had a weightwatchers dinner.
im 7 stone..but im only 5 foot 2.i dont diet!i dont know the meaning of the word!!im very active though.but i dont excrcise.its juts my genes.if you ask me im little too skinny.id lke to put a little weight on!on my legs and arms

im 7 stone 8 pounds im naturally skinny i can eat what i want plus ive had a baby ,i dont like being skinny i wish i had a bit more meat on my bones.

I'm just naturally skinny. It's not a good idea to try and get to that weight though..
I hope you are not asking for ways of losing weight that is not healthy.Only petite people or kids should be under 8 stone.

yes i am 2 pounds under 8 stone.i have always been naturally slim.i must stress i dont like being this thin as i am 5 ft 6 inches tall it makes me look very very thin.i wish i was of a more normal stature.i dont feel very much like a woman because of how slim i am and i often get mistaken for a child,its so annoying.anyway why would you like to know how i got this thin?i didnt actuallly do anything to get this thin i just am,even after having two kids ive not put any weight on at all and before anyone starts,yes i do eat, probably more than the average person would,i just cant seem to put weight on

I'm 5'6" at 103. Have been this weight most of my adult years (I'm 51).
My heaviest was 115, I was on meds that caused a temporary weight gain.
My lightest was 97, no explanation for that other than it was a really hot summer.
I jog an average of 50k a week, garden, and eat an average of 1200 calories a day.
I eat mostly chicken (I have literally hundreds of recipes), lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains. No fast or convience foods. No added sugar. Nothing fried -- ever. Skim milk and no-fat yogurt. In recipes I use no or very little oil.
I do use a lot of salt, tho'. Have to replace all that I sweat out.
I allow treats in moderation: cheese, ice cream, I'm a huge fan of BBQ brisket or pulled pork sandwiches, and chocolate.
