Can my body look slimmer and more muscular in a month by doing this...?
Question:
Breakfast- 2 low fat whole grain eggo waffles w/ little lite syrup and a banana with a bottle of water
Lunch- Lean Cuisine or a turkey wrap.w/ bottle water
Dinner- eat a small portion of everything and eat only one portion of each, with bottle water
then the exercising part:
every other day:
walk every other lap and jog every other lap for about 45 minutes a day.
every other day:
work with weights to increase muscle mass for 45 minutes a day.

No, it isn't enough. Check around for better things to eat. Waffles aren't good, and syrup kills it. Along with your exercising, do pull ups, sit ups, crunches, push ups, and lunges. Also do 6 inch killers (Lie flat down and hold your legs up off the ground, keep them straight, and keep them 6 inches off of the ground for about 30 seconds.) It's unlikely you'll lose 20 pounds, but you will lose weight.
man u shulda started at the begining of the sumer. try to eat about 5 small meals a day and water is good but try some juices and 1% milk. I think your workout is good and try to challenge yourself each day and try to run maybe 2 laps and walk one. good luck

eat alot of vegeies and fruits
AND DRINK ALOT OF WATER!!
not eating meat will help aswell!
