10 - 15 lbs?


Question:
If I eat eat healthy no more than 1000 calories a day, drink only water 5 or more bottles a day & exercise/run/lift weights for at least one hour a day would I be able to drop 10-15 lbs in 20 -25 days? If I'm 5'2 & 119 lbs?

Why in the world would you want to do this? Lowering the amount of food you eat, can cause you to drop the speed of your metabolism. Also excessive water, with not enough food and salt can mess up your system. You are at a great weight and height. I am the exact same, athletic, and would absolutely starve on 1000 calories a day.
You may gain weight. Counting calories create stress which can make you fatter and depressed. Eat different not less. See site below for the right way to do it plus how to lose 15 pounds in a week and it is actually healty for you. I am 5'5" and 110 pounds. Princess Diana was 5'11" and 125 pounds.
