When is it better to do calisthenics?

All i do at a time is 30 push ups, 30 sit ups, and a 15 minute stretch (i want to be known for my flexibility, which right now i am, because im the most flexible in my high school, including all the girls, and my school has about 4000 kids)
When should also take vitamins, morning or night?
Answers:
Stretch first and then exercise first thing in the morning before you eat breakfast (30 push ups and 30 sit ups is nothing). You should add about 15 mins of light cardio to your program and work up to a half hour each morning.
Vitamins are simply placebo unless you really are suffering from a deficiency (I wouldn't waste your money on them).
