Is there a diet where?

Question:
u can eat as much as u want and still lose weight? like raw food or something?

Answers:
Yes, it is called Bulimia.
No sorry...even if you ate fruits and veggies all day, youcould still gain weight...You have to stay within a calorie range for your body...if you go over (no matter how healthly the food is) you can still gain weight. Moderation is the key.
On low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, you feel you are eating a lot and all you want, and yet lose weight. But what's working here is that the food is low caloried and yet satisfying, the body learns to regulate itself to the body's needs.

On the other hand, simple carbs especially those full of sugars cause us to be hungry all the time, even after a heavy meal. That's the effect of insulin on our body. People who like and eat simple carbs are normally overweight.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
