Question:
For about 4 months i did 200 situps...but the past 3 months i stopped working out...So does this mean ive lost all the muscle in my abs? or just a little? or did i loose whatever progressive ive made in the 4 months?
Answers:
You probably lost a vast majority of your muscle and mid-body strength from doing all of those situps.
It's just a matter of finding a way to stay motivated and doing your situp routine every other day.
Yes you loose muscle mass if you discontinue such repititious exercises. This is called the reversibility principle. How much you lose depends on how much you gained.
Pretty much. I think they say after ten weeks you will lose most of what you had gained.
