Eat only raw fruits and vegetables. It's healthy and convenient. You can eat as much of them and whatever kinds you would like, whenever..and the weight will, as you say, melt off of you.

I know you're probably trying to lose all the weight before schools starts, but the truth is you've got to stop obsessing over calories and stop giving yourself deadlines. If you eat right and exercise for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week you'll lose the weight. Eat small, healthy meals every 3.5-4 hours, drink lots of water, drink a glass of water before every meal, and stop eating a couple of hours before bedtime.
