Count Calories and exercise 3-4 times a week. It's going to be a little harder for you to actually lose weight though because you are already thin...

If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

umm...you should join a fitness club and go each day for an hour..or just go jogging for a hour in the evening...but eating red meat (like beef,pork etc.) causes a lot of excessive fat.and so does eating out...try to cook your own healthy food with lots of vegetables.. Chewing slow and drinking lots of water helps you to eat less because you get full faster ...since your not that overweight you probably dont need ALL of this.
