Question:
I basically lost about 10 pounds. I'm 5'1", 16, and 95 pounds...I ate around 1200 calories and had a healthy diet...but how do you keep your body from gaining the weight back? Just by eating 2000 calories for a few days, my body held onto EVERYTHING and I gained 5 pounds...How can i avoid this? Am i stuck with a low calorie diet forever?
FYI: i'm very small boned so 95 pounds is not light at all for my shape.

Just kidding i dont know if you're annorexic but our bodies only adjust to the way we live sooo any change in diet/exorsize will affect the body even if its' changing by ending a diet. uhh but you might concider that you are truley annorexic
