I am 73 kg.I reduced my weights in gym exercise. How can i maintain my same weight without going to gym?

Question:
In a few months ,i will depart to abroad and there i think if i get so much busy i would hardly have a gym exercise..

Answers:
1. Weigh yourself every day. I always gain weight when I stop weighing myself and then I lose track.
2. Eat healthy.
3. Keep up some sort of exercise, even at home. After the gym experience, I am sure you know a few things to do, like sit ups, push ups, running around the block, or get a treadmill. This is essential, I also get weight when I stop exercising. It is very dangerous, because your metabolism now expects you to burn some calories by exercising, if you stop it will keep it as fat.
eat healthy but not to strick so u starve.. DONT TAKE PILLS they do more bad then good in the long run... go for a walk every now and then do some excersies at homeand you would be right

good luck
Just try to stay active. Being active helps a lot more than just sitting around the house all day! And by all means eat healthy. Pay attention to what you are putting into your body!
Do that and some exercises around the house and you should be ok!
eat fruits n do simple exercises lyk walking up the stairs ..
