You would have to run a lot. I mean a lot. You would have to lose about 3 lbs a week. And not all that would be fat remember.

Try to have a 10 minute walk after dinner. Eat small portions.

no meats except chicken and fish and eat all vegetables you can with each meal and run about 2-3 miles at under a 10 min. pace every day.
u r right in wanting to lose weight, no offence just tryin 2 give u insentive. my advise would be dont eat for 2 weeks, but ppl on here will av some spaz and start calling me anorexic, so instead of doing that eat some sunflower seeds every 4 hours to keep your matabolism high, and remember to drink plenty of water (0 calories!) exersize loads and drink green tea
Try to eat less and exercise more. Swimming is always good, it builds muscle and helps you lose weight. Also try running about 3 miles a day 5 times a week.
Try running/jogging 5-7 miles a day, while also cutting your caloric intake by 300-500 calories/day. Be sure to stay hydrated while you're exercising, and if you ever feel faint, lightheaded, or get cold chills go to a doctor immediately.
A combination of aerobic exercise with core exercise will take it off faster. You should remember that you need to take into account the size of your frame. If you are female the average weight (on some charts) 5'2" with a small frame is 108-121, medium frame 118-132 and large frame 128-143.
Do cardio exercise daily (aerobics of some kind) and core exercise every other day. Watch your diet. Keep eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grain carbs, and proteins. Stay away from sugars and bad fats. Watch labels for the percentage of fat and sugar. If the label has sugar, corn syrup, dextrose, lactose, maltose, etc listed in the first 3-5 ingredients stay away from the product.
Eat something healthy every 2-3 hours to keep the metabolism up. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses a day) to keep fat from sticking.

First, you SHOULD care if it unhealthy.
Eat fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water. 10-15 Pounds is quite a lot to lose in a months time.
