What's a good cardio workout?

swimming, running, walking, biking, and jump roping. If i had to choose, I would choose swimming.

But there are also classes like, kick boxing, spinning, etc... that will give you a good cardio workout
if you have access to a fitness center, try a kick box or tai bo class. they kick your butt! also, spinning classes are really fun, and depending on how good the instructor is, you can burn a lot of calories. most of those classes are an hour, and it will fly by, and you'll have done an hour of cardio without even thinking about it!
Anything that gets your heart rate up that you enjoy doing so that you will continue to do it. Running, jogging, elliptical machines, steppers are only a few of the many choices.
Nothing compares to running, you workout every part of your body and you sweat the most.
