its 8 pmim 15 a girl
and 140 pounds
and 5' 6.5

Answers:
What you ate is really not that good for you. Too much dairy and soups like that have a lot of cream and fat in them. Most soups at the grocery store have waayyy too much sodium in them anyway. Bagels aren't all that great either.

A better option:

A bowl of oatmeal with fresh berries on top.
Some broccoli, chicken breast, brown rice.

And exercise! Good luck. I'm trying to eat healthier too.
not at all.
you should eat abowl of carrots& celery now or some fruit!
Depends about the types of all those. Whole wheat bagel, fat free cheese. Soup usually is fine no matter what. You seem to be under eating if anything.
no, not at all
you deffinitly need much more that that
no. this is not too much

try and start adding in a lot of fruit and vegetables in your daily food regene
Are you serious? No you have not eaten too much today. In fact, you have eaten too little. If you are trying to lose weight, this is not the way to do it. It is unhealthy. Why you are asking this is beyond me.
wtf ?
obviously not
you ate THREE things
not even
2 1/2
