I want to lose weight w/ out all the complications...? please help b/c nothing else is...?

i am about 10lb's overweight and i know and understand that the smaller you are the harder it will be for you to lose weight. but i have tried alot to lose this 10lb's but i cant seem to get it off. i was running but i quit after a month and i lost about and inch off my waiste. but i want to lose weight all over and i want to do it in a reasonable amount of time, w/ out all the compications of watching the clock and preparing little tiny meals every like 2-3 hrs,and counting calories everytime i eat anything, its just too much to do for someone w/ little time. i am runing again about 2-3 miles a day but my eating habbits are not the greatest i tend ot eat alot in the evening instead of morning, but i also want to detox, i heard about a detox diet where you dont eat for liek 72 hrs and drink nothing but like water or cranberry juice but idk if thats true/right. so if anyone can make me up a little diet plan it will be highly appreciated! best gets 10pts! lol

First of all, you shouldn't quit your exercise program so early, It was almost two months before I saw any results after I started going to a gym. I don't know how far 2-3 miles is either, but exercise moderately and don't push yourself past your limits. DONT crash diet, and that includes the detox diet. You don't really have to watch what you eat as badly as people say, and have five teeny-tiny meals, either. Eat reasonably. In the morning, eat some rye toast, fruit and protein (not greasy sausage and bacon, though. Have eggs or some walnuts.) then at lunch eat whatever you want, within reason. Have a sandwich or a bowl of soup and water. In the afternoon, have a snack of something small and healthy, then eat dinner later in the evening. Have a salad first, to fill you up, then eat some chicken or fish (lean proteins) and some veggies. If you ever have the urge for chocolate or junk, just take the smallest piece of cake or just that once piece of candy. LIttle things count. Instead of fattening ranch dressing, have vinegrette, and instead of a soda, have water. Just make sure not to limit yourself completely.

I hope this helps. Be patient and it'll stay off. Just remember, 10 lbs is nothing. Your weight fluxuate up or down 10 lbs in a single day.
take 20minutes out of your life and work out its not only good for you but it will help shape your body diets work if you keep them and dont change when you change your diet then you will change your body which is what you are not looking for just a simple workout is all one needs 20 minutes
okay, you sound like you have a good exercise plan. i just got a diet plan on dietbites.com. they have days planned out for you for free. it isn't personalized, but the food is good. it's easy to make, too. they use a lot of the same ingredients so you aren't always going to the store to get stuff. try it, you get big, filling meals with less calories. and the snacks are really good. cupcakes and smoothies. but on the smoothies, they might taste a little bitter, so add some splenda. just mix it in after you blend everything and it will be amazing. you should be able to get those 10 pounds off soon enough.

well not eating for 72 hrs is not a good or right plan at all. one its not good for you and you sound like you do alto and have not time so that doesn't give you the energy that you need to go on through the day. if you could, you should eat more in the mornings than at night. although your body digest at night its better for you to eat in the morning. eating breakfast is good to maintain energy And it helps you get a figure.fact. and eating at night is also a bad habit, most wieght watchers or diet-stuff tell you not to eat after dinner or at least 10 o'clock. if you must eat a little snack[nutricious] before 10 and then just try to go to sleep or drink water/juice if you get hungry after that. after a while your stomach will get use to these changes and it wont be so hard.
to lose weight you should eat healthier...i.e. fruits, vegitables, less meat[which also raises your colesterol or puts you in risk] hambergures, and fast foods. try to eat at restaurants if you dont have time to cook or get foods that dont have a drive through window. and its good that your running 2-3 hrs. and you should time your self a certain amount of time out and in. [i.e. 40min out 40min. back]. if you can also try to run at night about the same time if you cant just add it on to the morning hrs. its good that you keep a constant...routine. try not to stop. and once you have started dont look at your weight its more likely that you wont see any change for a few weeks so dont let that dissapoint you but as times go by your body will figure out that this is the realy thing and that you have changed your way of eating and excercising so you will also see a change in you weight. and make sure you keep going even after you see change, untile you reach your goal. if you can it will be good if you go with a another person a friend or someone who wants to do the same thing. going by yourself is good but it will make it better with another person, even faster and more endurable. if there is nobody listen to music it will help[perferibly fast and up beat]
also do pushups and situps even if its only 10. go slow and try to keep a pace and do 3 sets of 10 pushups and sit ups that will also help you lose wight in the arm where its hard to and around your stomache. also you should do byciles, which are a type of ab workouts where you lay down and its like your pedaling upside down those will work your legs and mostly your stomache. do those for about 2-3 minutes. they're hard to do so keep a pace and then rest and do another 2-3 minutes.
