There are plenty of yoga/pilates that will help tone your butt. Go buy a book/dvd/look up the exercises on the net. It's calming, possible to do, not too tiring, AND you can do it at home! :)

excercise: stand with your feet apart, hands on your waist
squat, stand , kick one leg back as high as you can , stand,
squat, stand, kick the other leg and so on. repeat 10 times.
