What is the ideal weight for a thirteen year old girl?

I know metabolism and other factors come into play, and is different for each person, but I'm still interested in knowing a ball park figure in the way of how much is healthy.

Around 100 lbs you're perfectly fine. Do physical activity constantly so the fat mass will turn into muscles.

eh, don't worry about a specific number at that age. As long as your physically active and eating right, you'll be just fine. You're going through some physiological and metabolic changes at this stage in your life (puberty) so its not really fair to nail down an exact weight figure.

Hey! Like the guy above said, you shouldn't be worrying at your age, but it's good if you are just wondering for health reasons. At your age and height, a healthy weight would be no less than 90lbs-95lbs and no more than 115lbs-120lbs. This is what I think is 'ideal'. At your age, I was your height and I weighed about 103 or so. Don't worry about it though, hon ;) If you're more or less in that range, you should be just fine. Just stay happy and healthy!
