Answers:
Drink a glass of water right now. Start slow and don't overdo it. Wait until later in the day and maybe try again. As far as losing weight, I like walking. Eating vegetables will help, too. At 14, you should try to eat right and avoid any stupid diets.
The belly is the hardest part to lose as it's the last place to lose fat, so all you can do is do cardio everyday to burn it off slowly. Strength training is also helpful to add muscle as you shed off the fat and just having muscle burns a lot of calories. You need proper rest, exercise and diet to see any effects. Just avoid the junk food, eat a lot of fruits and veggies, not too much fatty foods.
Eat lean proteins and drink nothing but water with every meal, first of all. To loose weight you should definately diet AND exercise.
A teacher told me once that about 90% of headaches are caused by dehydration. I used to get them all the time too and I thought they were because of sleep deprivation, because I only get about four hours during most of the year, but my teacher said that, so I started to carry water with me everywhere I went and they went right away. Maybe it'll work for you.
Good luck.
Headache could be from any number of things...
Not enough fuel (calories), blood sugar low, normally drink coffee but skipped it, havent been drinking enough water.
The list is endless.
I find it hard to work out with intensity when I have a headache, so I will usually just walk.
Your other questions,
You need to do intense workouts of no more than 30minutes for five days a week.
Eat many small, nutritious meals instead of one or two big meals.
Change your routine when the results are not happening.
(Just so you know, SPOT-Training does not work)
Don't just train your stomache, it won't help.
Train your whole body with quick intense workouts.
Keep your body guessing.
Do a hard fast set for a minute, then do a slow controlled set for a minute while concentrating on the weight in your hands being heavier than it actually is.
Take a break.
Then do that 3-4 times.
An example is a simple excercises like good old regular push-ups, but take them over the edge by doing a set of push ups from your knees right after you can do no more straight legged / stiff body push-ups.
Concentrate on excercises like that and soon your metabolism will start to change.
whoa you want to do alot..thats good.
ok your fourteen so need alot of sleep. about 8hrs and your getting like 2 from what i see. and if you want you body to recover from your excersises then you need to sleep thats when you recover and your body restores it self and manages the food you eat.
ok you should run everyday, constantly about 35 minutes out and 35 minutes back. make sure you time yourself and you keep a pace that you can hold while you go out and come back. dont go out fast and die and then walk and then go fast and then die and- you see the pattern, thats not goint to help you much. and keep running even if you feel like you want to stop when you keep running once you thing you want to quit you will build endurance with endurance you and run longer[in time and in distance] and lose wieght and get where you want to. you can jump rope if thats what jumping is but i try jumping on your toes when you do that it will help you build muscel in your calves. even when your not doing anything and your just standing, stand on your toes by this you build your calves and you become whats called a 24 athelet. on your runs make sure you either end fast and then jog a few [2-3min.] or jog it in. it helps your body recover quicker and better adn you wont be too soar the next day. and get sleep or else your body will not be able to handle your workouts.
i think you should just excersise.diets are too complicated and not good for your age. excersise is more better but youshould also eat right. if you ran and then eat alot that wouldn't help at all. they both have to be balanced and help eachotehr in getting rid of the fat.
to get rid of belly fat and get a six pack you should do sit ups. every night and if you can when you finish your runs. also do push ups to build biceps at the same time[at night and after your runs]. also to get your hands to be more firm you should do pull ups they help the lower part of your arm thats hard to lose the fat at. so every night and after your runs do 4 sets of 10 sit ups, push ups, and pull ups. if you can do more keep going but keep a pace so that you wont have to stop in the middle. its better to get quantity AND consistency.
foods...i'm not an expert on this but you should definetly not eat so much mean. its not good for you and has a lot of fat and could increase your chances of getttin choles-well dont worry about that your still young to get that. eat 2-3 servings of fruit. [i.e. bananas apples, peaches...etc] also drink milk with all that running it puts pressure and pounding on your bones and you need to keep them strong so they can get use to it. drink alot of water. you want to replace the water you lose while excersising and running. if you dont like water drink gatorade. its actually good because it has salt that keeps the water in you instead of sweating it out. try to eat cooked[home] or actual and not fast foods.
i hope this works for you and try to even join school sports...football you'll definetly sweat there...and/or a running sport..
good luck
its good your trying to help yourself
When you don't drink water on a regular basis your organs shrink in size including your brain and all your organs are not working to its fullest. You will get a headache and your body will fight you for about five to six days into your routine. You need to make sure you drink your water needed for your body to work properly...See below for further info.
Helpful Tips for weight loss:
1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127
2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
