drink water ALL day long! im not really sure about the whole diet thing i kind of just eat w.e when im hungry,(i dont eat much & and what i do its bad) i should try to eat better.. anyways, for excercise!! i love the elliptical thing! i found i burn way more caloires then walking on the trend mill, for example walking on teh trend mill for 30 mins i'll burn liek110 cals, but on the ellipitical for 30 mins i burn like almost 400! i havent used a trend mill since i figured this one out...
I've recently found the South Beach breakfast and lunch wraps at the grocery store. I'm actually doing weightwatchers but these kits fit into my points plan quite nicely. I do however think the lunch kits are tastier than the breakfast ones. The lunch ones are in the store by the lunch meats/lunchables and the breakfast ones are in the frozen food section. Keep drinking the water! For a twist, I sometimes use the Crystal Light lemonade packets made just for a bottle of water. I do that when I get bored with plain water. It's good that you eat fruit but veggies are more filling and have less calories. Drink the water before each meal and then throughout the day. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times. If your urine is colorless, you know you are well hydrated, so that is an easy way to tell...not to mention that if you are drinking enough water, your body will let you know it's bathroom break time about every 45 minutes to an hour. For exercise, I get on the treadmill and I have it in front of my TV. I'll either watch TV or a DVD. It passes the time by really fast and as long as you are breaking a sweat on the treadmill, you are doing good. I started WW in mid-July and have only been walking every once in awhile. I've lost 10 pounds so far in the last 3 weeks. It's an everyday choice to eat healthy food but once I've lost the weight, I will know it was worth it and you will too!
Water is always a good idea before a meal. It is always a good idea in between as well. You want 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 large ones. For snacks you should buy some raw vegetables and fresh fruit and put them into bags/containers. When you're hungry get a bag and there is a healthy snack. Eggs for breakfast are good. The white only has 17 calories, no fat, no chloesterol, and is loaded with protein. For lunch look for different recipies on yahoo.com. They have a special section for health recipes. If you want something quick buy vegetabe or chicken broth and heat it up. Mix water and flour til you get dough and cut it however you want it. Cook it in the broth until it is done. I like to put green onions in it too. As far as exercise goes swimmiing is no impact. If you have a bad knee or whatever swimming works best. If you want to tone your stomach lay on your back and have someone stand over you with their feet touching your shoulders. Grab onto their ankles and pull your legs towards them. Make them push them back down with force but bring them back up before they touch the floor. Stopping them 6 inches above is a good distance. Always remember to do cardio and resistance. Little things help a lot like parking your car further away from the door at work or anywhere. Don't take the elevator, walk the stairs. Walk the dogs instead of tying them in the back yard. Getting home dance videos are fun and they get your heart going.

Almost forgot...buy water and keep it in your car to remove the temptation of stopping at McDonalds for a soda when youre thirsty. Losing weight slowly is the best way to go. You have a higher chance of keeping the weight off and it is less stress on your body. Resistance training tones the musscles and causes less sag in the skin when you lose weight.
