Well all you really need to do is pump up your water intake to 70-80 ounces a day, spreading it evenly throughout the days.
When you first wake up, drink 8 ounces of hot water with the juice of half a lemon. This is great for cleansing your system.
Eat breakfast everyday. Oatmeal (no sugar, just a little skim milk) with a banana is good. Or two egg whites and one egg scrambled or however you like it. You can add turkey or ham sliced to it.
Lunch- salad (spinach and lettace with cucumbers or anything you like) with grilled chicken, light balsamic vinegrette or apple cider vinagar as your dressing, and some feta cheese if you like. Also you can crunch up a Wasa cracker if you want some crunch.
4 pm- have either a piece of fruit, Or Dannon light and fit yogurt with some almonds in it.

no. it might technically be possible... but it would be way too unhealthy. you need to focus on cutting out "extra" calories, yet still eating healthy. eat smaller meals more often and make sure you hit the five food groups. try www.mypyramid.gov. on that website, you will find how many calories you should consume on a daily basis and what kind of calories they should be. it will also give a healthy number of calories to consume while you are trying to lose weight.
while you are cutting calories (usually about 200-400 per day) from your diet, you need to exercise as well. exercise in the morning, before you eat breakfast. this is the perfect time because your body has gone between 8 and 15 hours without eating. it is running off any extra calories or fat that your body has stored. exercising at this point is forcing your body to burn those excess calories.
its possible, but it depends on ur weight, what foods are u going to eat, ur age, and how many hours ur welling to work out for.. I had a friend who was 240 lbs 5'8 and loose 70 lbs during summer break wich is usually around 3 months. He lost 70 lbs by just going to the gym everyday, on the treadmill and anything that requires aerobic work out, for around 4-5 hours a day. Do a som anaerobic excercises but mainly aerobic, bcuz u wana burn as much calories witout killing urself.
If you really push urself u can do it, but the problem is that loosing 20lbs in a month is really fast, and if u for som reason giv up for 3 days or mor ull just gain all back, so dont giv up, and just keep pushing urself to get to the weight u want. wen u feel like u wana quit find something that will encourage you to looose that weight.
