I just started going to the gym again and need some fitness advice.?


Question:
I got a great workout today (bench pressing/machines/free weights), and want to know what area I should focus on tomorrow. I plan on spending some time on cardio everyday, but would like some ideas on a routine I can get into. Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge.

take a break from the weights and bench press. I would focus on cardio one day and weights and machines the next. You can increase your stamina extremely quickly by doing that
this is my schedule I work out 6/7 days a week, cardio and strength


MONDAY: CHEST EXERCISE
TUESDAY: BACK EXERCISE
WEDNESDAY:SHOULDER EXERCISE
THURSDAY:ARM EXERCISE
FRIDAY: LEGS EXERCISE
SATURDAY:ABDOMINAL EXERCISE
you can combine, in a day, chest, back and lower back. Next day shoulders, triceps. next biceps and legs. focus on two areas per training day. Be patient. It doesn't take a week to see tremendous result. Don't cheat. Make sure you do the exercises correctly.
You should encorporate pullups and chin ups into a workout. If you cant do any, then jump up so your chin is over the bar and as slow as possible let your self down. after a while of that youll be able to do pull ups.

Plus you look bad *** if you can do pull ups
You must do exercise.but you have to be careful about what you are doing .First of all you must do exercise in such a way that all part of your body should get exercise evenly.You should only do that much exercise as per the capacity of your physical body.If it is excess,all the day will feel lethargic and you will continue to sleep.Also you will go back on your work and study.If you do correct way and as per your capacity ,you will be relaxed and you will feel more energetic and your output will be more ..Start doing exercise from your toe,calf thigh ,waist,palm,elbow,arms,chest,n... eye and so on .you have to be very careful with your lungs .If you do not do it properly as you grow up you will have problem with your lungs and will suffer from breathlessness. If you do not use the weight properly it can also adversely effect your cardio vascular system.If you build up a lot of muscle it may look masculine but remember when you grow up this will adverse effect .All together exercise is good for body and spirit .But it should be done in the right way .other wise it will be a double sword ! Ground exercise is the best for good health and normal living .
