I call for aid by Christmas?
I excercise about 2 or more hours a afternoon. and I weight 97 KGs I know distressed and My height is 5'7 and my pant size is 11. I mostly I want to lose weight in the neighbourhood my stomach area. I only just want to know what kind of foods to chomp through like cereal or meat products. Or what kind of drinks should i be drinking. I only just want to lose a few pounds and after christmas I'm going to lose more, I just want to lose some pounds.. Gosh! :P
Answers: Don't verbs too much folk, it is not healthy to lose too much substance in a short length of time. What you need is a forceful eating diet and together next to exercise, you will get within. Here's some suggestions...
