How can i get good ab definition and get rid of my "muffin top"?

i recently felt the same way. I lost 40 lbs about 5 monthes... I wasn't obese by any means, but i was certainly overweight. I, like you, knew i had abs (feel them), but could not see them. Cardio certainly helps, but I did little to no direct cardio over the 5 monthes. I fixed my diet and weight lifted 5 times a week. It appeared to me that the weightloss was majorly diet related. I cut down/ out unnecessary carbs for a period of about 2 weeks... Also Green Tea helps (cold green tea). I used Wawa Diet Green Tea lol. Also drinking lots of water and cutting out any soda/ sugary drinks helps to speed up the metabolism. Just eat right, and hopefully u can see the results I have seen over what I consider a short time period.

You are building your abs underneath your muffin top what you need to do is burn fat to do that you will need to either run or swim.
I used to struggle with this same issue. I was skinny everywhere else, but my abs held fat...very frustrating.
Loosing stomach fat is an ‘overall’ thing. It’s a combo. of diet, how often you eat & workouts. I wouldn't worry about how fast you can get rid of the fat. Chances are that if you do it the right way it will tke some time. And, if you do it the wrong way you will have temporary results..if you have any results at all.
