According to the weight tables a small framed woman of your height should be from 126 -139 lbs so you do seem to be on the low side. You need to examine your diet and see if you are eating the correct type of foods and you ought to be in some sort of aerobic exercise program. A friend of mine had a similar problem and it was only when he was involved with physical labor that his weight went up. I know this is a contradiction but it was really the only thing that worked for him.Best of luck.
