When eating out at the mall food courts...what are some healthy options?

at our mall food court they have most fast food resturants..
whats some healthy options?

Answers:
running is far healthier as in RUN AWAY RUN AWAY!!
Try grilled chicken sandwiches, salads without all the extra stuff and the dressing on the side, a kid size hamburger, or a sandwich (if you have a subway).
Natures Table..is a good choice and look for those foods that have steamed veggies and fruit smoothies.
Subway is always a good choice...
plain white rice
grilled chicken sandwich (no mayo)
salad without dressing (or with minimal dressing)
nothing fried or extra greasy

try there salads with out the dressing because it can add alot of fat and calories. grill chicken salads any knd of saled is a good choice
try a salad, but instead of dressing, top it with a fresh salsa . then you lose all those fat calories and take in some vitamins
