Resistance bands?

The bands are great for working out in the house. They aren't too expensive and they don't take up that much room.
They are safer than weights and they are more mobile. They are perfectly adequate for toning exercises for men and women, but if adding bulk to muscles is the goal, the only way to go is free weights and heavy.
Resistance bands will not get you big muscles,but they will tone you up.
They take up almost no room in a suitcase,therefore you can take them with you on vacation.
You can do a variety of exercises with them.
They are very durable-and will last a long time.
I personally use resistance bands in addition to weights in my workout-and a lot of my clients use them in their workouts.
They are definitly worth the low investment.
you can take them about anywhere. There is no controversy about wether they stun your growth. They can tone almost any part of your body. They are usually less expensive.
