Is it healthy to have a six pack?

Question:
Because you have to have 10% body fat and that is considered underweight (see below)

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Answers:
BMI or body mass index does not take amount of fat into account. That is one reason why it is not a very good measurement for most people, for example most athlete's would be considered overweight when in fact they are very healthy. 10% body fat may or may not fit into the proper BMI category, but it is healthy if it has been reached in a reasonable way. That depends on other factors though, like diet and exercise, whether you are male or female, etc...
I don't like six packs on a guy. I guess it comes along with being really "ripped," but I don't like how it looks. A *little* flesh on the stomach is normal and cute, and you can be really fit without having a six pack.
YA of course it proves that u are in shape
If you are over 21, a six pack now and again shouldn't change your body stats that much. Just watch out for the pizza, it causes love handles.
Actually you need good solid core muscles to hold up your torso and give your spine support. You will appear taller and it will help you from having bad posture and spinde damage when your older
