Question:
i know i could eat fish but can i eat shrimp and muscels

Answers:
they are perfectly fine for you, but you cant have it fried, and dont eat too much.
Seafood is awesome on a diet.
it is ok to eat it. Everything in moderation.
i dont think shrimp or muscles would fall under the catagory as diet foods, sorry :(
yes.. low fat and very good for you
seafood is good for u but not too much.
its not that u cant eat certain foods if ur in a diet.
u can eat w/e u want just in smaller amounts than ur used to
You can eat anything you want, as long its not deep fried and eat healthy.
seafood is great on a diet. Very low in calories. Just becareful of how its prepared. A shrimp salad is great, add a garlic butter sauce and its bad...fried is bad...just be sensible and enjoy.
mussels are high in cholesterol! bad bad bad...

salmon is good. omega-3 fatty acids will help flush bad fat out.
Shrimp contains a lot of fat surprisingly. I'm not sure about mussels... but they are both foods with calories.
Yes but try to stick to fish or cod. Its very healthy for you
I'd say definitely yes... Fish which includes seafood is very healthy and light in the calorie dept. Especially when Not breaded or deep fried.
Many restaurants will cook foods this way if asked specifically. Even if they only show it on the menu as breaded and/or deep fried.
Lots of things can be lowfat if cooked correctly...
Enjoy....
