They sell all sorts of inexpensive cream (cocoa butter type stuff) for the stretch marks but unfortunately, some of us get them and some of us don't...if genetically your skin isn't eleastic enough to let you be a lucky one and you get them, they don't ever go away unless you see a plastic surgeon. The cream will significantlly lighten them...tanning them is also good but with what we know about sun exposure, you are probably better off with a spray on tanner.just my opinion. Now the weight loss...that is my dept. Drop all the sugary drinks and sodas...drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Eat small healthy meals every 3 hrs or so (5-6 a day). Lots of veggies, and fresh fruit, lean protein, low fat, low sugar foods. Nothing fried and skip fast food. The in between meals are very light...an apple and string cheese, a handful of nuts, a few carrot sticks and pretzels or a boiled egg. The main meals would be like for breakfast a low fat yogurt or bowl of oatmeal and maybe a small piece of fruit. Lunch maybe a salad low fat dressing (or just lemon juice no dressing), you can add a little tuna or turkey/chicken. Dinner would be a small plate consisting of 50% veggies a variety of color is good, 25% lean protien and 25% carbs (rice/pasta/potatoes). You can have all the unsweet tea you want (I add lemon). Of course no matter how well you eat..here comes the fun part...you have to exercise. I would say do 30-45 minutes of jogging/swimming/biking/jump roping...(cardio stuff). then finish with a 15 minute toning...I like circuit training...do 1 minute of push ups, 1 minute of jumping jacks, 1 minute of squats, 1 minute of crunches, 1 minute of jumping back and forth over a line on the floor, 1 minute of lunges...etc.anyway, if you do this 3-5 times a week you will see results quickly.for added workout, add ankle weights to the running or brisk walking.hope this helps!!

stretch marks will never completely go away they just fade in. i still have marks from 8 years ago.
well stretch marks never do go away...but thier are laser machines tht can make them blend in with ur skin better.for information on tht you shuld ask a dermatologist.
