If you want to exercise regularly, will eating Junk Food and Candy effect your results?

Question:
I'm talking about working out regularly, and eating healthy, but will the occasional candy bar effect me at all?

Answers:
Well, i'm no expert, but let's say you burned 300 calories a day and ate the way you usually do, you will get results. If you burn 300 calories a day and consume 300 calories more than you usually do nothing will happen and if you consume over 300 calories than usually you'll gain weight.. i think.

But you also have to factor in the fact that you are gaining muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns on its own.
It depends on what your idea of occasionally is. Once in a while I will treat myself to something not so healthy but I feel like you have to. If you feel deprived then you will start to resent whatever diet you are on. Occasionally is good for me
