Exercise schedule .?


Question:
25 age..with 80 kg..i want to reduce fastly.can any body say me how many hours and what kind of exercise i have to do daily...

Answers:
Walk for about 2 hours a day. Once in the morning and after dinner.
Cardio for 1 hour. I don't know if you are in a gym, but check out classes or video tapes.
Ride a bike or swim constantly for 1 hour.

Remember to stay hydrated, eat your veggies, fruit, carbs and meat. Yes I said CARBS!
