if your not actually hungry now, the chances are you will be later on, so eat a little and make it nutritious. sometimes eating regular small healthy meals, stops the cravings for fast food, you know what it's like when u get tired and hungry so you eat what ever is convenient. being hungry is not always the answer. you know if you don't eat your brain becomes hungry so it encourages you to eat and eat anything. it craves the glucose that your body makes from the food you eat. it is important to not skip meals, but to eat good food when you do, and that means as much unprocessed, wholemeal foods as you can fit in, like pasta, rice, bread etc

Well I would say dont eat if your not hungry but thats not your question. There arent many good ways to become hungry on purpose except dont eat and dont drink anything.

dont drink water before eating though, that gives the illusion that you're actually even more full than you really are.
If you are not hungry do not eat. But you body needs nourishment. So you have to have some sort of supplement like an energy drink (non alcoholic).
Then to your basic question. Do you get enough exercise to burn the calories?
Try:
1. Walk 2-3 km every day.
2. Drink lot of water and green tea any amount.
3. Do not take snacks in between your main
meals.
4. Avoid alcohol.
