I don't think it matters. It probably depends more on your diet. Things like meat, eggs, fish will fill you up for longer.
I've also read somewhere that eating lots of carbs, triggers receptors in your intestines making you crave more carbs, so if you're not eating them, you won't feel as hungry.
I would have to be sick to not want to eat. I like food, but I only eat healthy food these days. Even if you don't feel like eating you could just have a piece of fruit or a glass of milk or a bit of soup, anything light - even a piece of cheese.

dont sweat it. on those days,try and drink more water. or maybe eat some fruit.
