depends on your exercising routine. If you are lifting you need a day inbetween for recovery. But that is easily manipulated by working different body parts on different days. Cardio everyday isn't going to hurt you unless you are pushing yourself too hard to begin with.
You NEED to take a day off to rest your muscles and let them recoop so that you can push again next day for your workouts. If you just continue to workout, and workout and don't give your muscles a break it can do more harm than good you can pull something, etc. The day you DO take off, take 15-20 mins and stretch all your muscles out from your legs/thights, your arms, your back, your neck, etc. This will help in aiding with your workouts. Plus if you're working out correctly and have seen results you wouldnt have much trouble of reaching your goal as i lost 4 lbs in 1 1/2 wks - 2 wks. So 6 lbs in 3 wks is realistic, so give your body a day of rest..esp if your muscles are sore and cramped. Take a hot bath! :-)

I think you could sit on the couch and just lay off the twinkies and lose 6 pounds in three weeks.
keep going for it, but if u feel really tired or nauseous, relax for a half a hour and don`t eat any fats or sweets. I hope this works for you.
