Do a lot of cardio, in my opinion. Why cardio?
Here's why cardio is so important:
It's one way to burn calories and help you lose weight
It makes your heart strong so that it doesn't have to work as hard to pump blood

do more cardio. riding a bike for 1 mile is nothing you should do like 20 or 30 or try running. you need at least 30 mins of cardio.
How long does it take you to bike the 1 mile? And how hard are you pushing? It could be that by doing the same cardio every day, your body has gotten used to it and is no longer burning the calories that it would if you varied your routine.
Try shocking your body by introducing something new: try going for a run, swimming laps, doing a sport, or something that will really make you sweat to boost your metabolism.
Now, 200 bench presses is too much. Are you trying to work your chest? You should either be doing high reptitions and lower weights (to tone: 20-25 reps for 3 sets) or higher weights and lower reptitions to bulk up (10-12 reps for 3 sets). And don't stick to just bench press, do a variety of chest and arm exericses to not only build your muscle but boost your metabolism.
As for sit ups, again vary your ab exercises or your body gets to used to it. You can do an infinite amount of sit ups until you are tired. You don't have to do them every other day though. If you do more strength exericses in your workouts, you will be working your abs, and therefore only need to work the abs 1-2 times a week.
